Carol Lynley

Pics Carol Lynley Feet and LegsCarol Lynley (born Carole Ann Jones 13 February 1942 until September 3, 2019) was an American actress who was known for her roles in the movies Blue Denim (1959) and The Poseidon Adventure (1972).Lynley was born in Manhattan to an Irish father and New England mother. After starting her career as an actress, she went on to become a model for children. She was awarded the Theatre World Award as "one of the most promising personalities during 1956-57" for her role in The Potting Shed. Lynley began her film career in 1958 with the Disney film The Light in the Forest which was following by Holiday for Lovers (1959) and Blue Denim (1959). In 1959 she was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for Most Promising Newcomer - Female in the film The Light in the Forest. In the following year, she was again nominated for the Golden Globe Award for Most Promising Newcomer Female for the movie Blue Denim.
