Carrie-Anne Moss was the name that was suggested to her by her mother in the wake of Hollies the hit song Carrie Anne that was released in May 1967. The mother of her child was expecting her at the time. Brooke Moss old brother is their second sister. She's age 55. Moss is Canadian and has German, English and Canadian heritage. She grew up in Vancouver, British Columbia Canada. Brooke Moss, her older sibling, is the other member of her family. Moss is from Canada and is of mixed English/German ancestry. Her home was living in Vancouver British Columbia Canada for most of her youth. She toured Europe as part of the Magee Secondary School Choir during her final year in high school. In the same year she made her acting debut on television playing Tara in the drama series Dark Justice. They are very happy with their three kids. Their son was born Owen Roy in September 2003.
