Angela Sun
Angela Sun, an American journalist, television sportscaster and documentary filmmaker. Angela Sun is a multi-award award-winning journalist, sportscaster and producer. She earned a bachelor's degree in Communications and Sociology from the University of California. Sun was a pro surfer, and was a participant in many pro-am surf competitions. It led to her be sponsored by big companies like Roxy Reef Billabong Vans, and others. This recognition was a great slingshot for her career in entertainment. She later became a journalist as a film and sports reporter, in addition to an investigative journalist. Sun has worked as anchor of news for various channels. She was also the Fox Sports Net Correspondent. In 2012, she hosted American Ninja Warrior, alongside Matt Iseman. In 2014, Sun was host of The Yahoo Sports Minute. Sun was the first Asian American to be featured as a host on ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports, Tennis Channel and Yahoo Sports. Sun has starred in many films, and earned fame and praise for her acting prowess. Sun has been in a variety of movies, such as Goliath (2017) Hit the Floor (2014-2016), A Perfect Getaway (2009) Shackled (2015) Street Kings (2008) and Glowsticks and Drumsticks (2005). Sun published Platic Paradise : The Great Pacific Garbage Patch in a documentary that she produced and wrote herself.
