In recent times it has been reported that the American music industry has been stunned by the rise in popularity of young and talented talent from America. Justin Timberlake was the catalyst for this phenomenon, which began over a decade before and is still a major influence. Over the past few years, new names like Eddie Sheeran and Zarry Shawn Mendes and others have gained attention. In the last few years, new names like Ed Sheeran Zarry Shan Mendes, among others, have taken over the limelight. Andy Biersack was another teenager to become famous in recent times. His debut on the scene was as the lead singer and pianist in the band Black Veil Brides. He founded the band and remained its last surviving members. Biersack, as part of his pursuit of fame, adopted the moniker Andy Black and pioneered a musical style similar to the songs of the older groups Kiss and Motley Crue. Andy Biersack's career soared throughout the US during the subsequent years.

Alicia Silverstone is the daughter of Monty Silverstone (father) and Deidre R. Radford. Her birthplace was in Hillsborough on October 4, 1976.
